Large Clover Wrap Sterling Spoon Ring

$115.00

A sterling silver wrap spoon ring created from the clover pattern designed between 1814 and 1905 by Norwegian silver company located in Hoorn.

This spoon ring uses the entire spoon; wrapping the designed handle around the flattened bowl, the ring is wider on the top of the hand while still quite narrow on the under side of the hand, allowing for comfortable movement. The pattern feels smooth and strong on the hand.

Sizing options: 10-14 only (Quarter and half sizes as well) The ring is photographed in size 10

*Please let me know what size you would like in the order notes. This ring is not adjustable by hand. I size to your desired size before I ship out. Larger sizes will unwrap the wrap, smaller size as will further overlap the wrap*

Metal: Sterling

Oh, If Spoons Could Talk

I love spoon rings. And I love hunting for the most beautiful spoons to make them! Spoon rings are a little wearable piece of history allowing the story to be shared and I love that these ornate beauties get to be enjoyed and not banished to some drawer for decades.

All The rings I make are from the original antique spoons - none are copies or casts. So each ring is not only beautiful in design, but full of indications that it has lived life. Maybe a faded monogram or little wear spots - I enjoy thinking about the places they have been and who might have held them 100 years ago. Each ring is, therefore, truly unique. There will not be two that are the same. I put care into the creation of each ring. I put thought into how the ring should best be shaped to frame and display the design of the spoon.

I hope the ring you choose will be a piece you treasure for generations.
